Liz Halet
Liz earned her law degree from Indiana University Maurer School of Law. While in law school, she served as a Graduate Legal Writing Teaching Assistant and gained broad legal experience in approaching legal issues on behalf of individuals and large public universities alike as an extern for Indiana University’s Office of the Vice President and General Counsel and as a Certified Legal Intern for Student Legal Services. After graduation, Liz clerked for the Honorable Jessica J.W. Maher of the Minnesota First Judicial District. She then advocated for businesses, landlords, and individuals in the areas of commercial collections, employment law, landlord tenant law, and real estate at a mid-sized litigation firm in Minneapolis. Liz will now apply her wide range of skills for the benefit of our public and private clients in the areas of municipal law, criminal law, and commercial litigation.
